For more than fifteen years in executive search, Stephanie has provided superior service and engagement delivery to clients and candidates. This experience most notably features MTCG & Associates Inc., supporting the President in all aspects of the search business and other HR services.
Comprehensive recruitment experience includes project development, research management, competitive mapping, market intelligence, and project management. Delivery experience includes successfully leading engagements from start to finish across various sectors, including services, manufacturing, 3PL, and healthcare (to name a few), focusing on roles from senior individual contributors to executive leaders in operations, supply chain, product development, HR, finance and beyond.
Her educational background includes a Bachelors Degree in English Language & Literature from Wilfrid Laurier University, and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. She is fluent in English and French. She also has a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for HR from Cornell.
